Our client is a leading provider of specialty pharmacy services. They are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be an integral member of the Finance team focused on supporting the financial reporting process and driving company-wide initiatives from start to completion.

About the Opportunity

  • Lead and execute the development of an enhanced annual financial planning/budgeting model in Vena
  • Own the long-term multi-year planning process including financial goals and expense targets for business partners
  • Partner with stakeholders across the entire organization to develop thorough knowledge of all plans and consolidate financial projections
  • Support Senior Management by providing scenarios and analyses to make decisions throughout the planning process
  • Prepare Executive level presentations and support materials for ELT business meetings as well as external relationships
  • Develop and manage the monthly forecast process (both P&L and balance sheet) in Vena and prepare financial reporting and supporting analyses for business partners and Senior Management
  • Engage with business partners across the organization to understand and explain all substantial forecast changes to the ELT
  • Support Director, BP&A and CFO by providing forecasted financial statements, earnings guidance models, and earnings scenarios as well as related cash flow views
  • Develop a reliable and trustworthy financial/business dashboard that provides insightful performance review on a continuous basis. This includes financial and non-financial key performance metrics
  • Own the creation of ad-hoc analyses for senior management. Deliver accurate, insightful, “senior executive level” analyses while ensuring tight deadlines are always met
  • Proactively develop new, and enhance existing, reporting tools to provide Senior Management with more insight into the business and to enable timely, informed decision making
  • Engage in special projects as required, inclusive of M&A activities, development and evaluation of optional paths – including return on investment, and improving processes and systems utilized to create and analyze data
  • Support and independently run ad-hoc projects to analyze and understand business implications of proposed decisions
  • Improve and automates processes to scale company's growth

About You

  • CPA required
  • 3+ years of financial/accounting work experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis focus
  • Strong knowledge of Vena software
  • Experience with FP&A / business partnering
  • Exceptional communication skills

Salary Range

$85,000 - $90,000/year
