Senior Financial Analyst (Closed)

Our client is a privately held organization in the real estate construction industry. They are looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team who will work alongside operations management teams to track and report on the project costs and cash flows of their construction projects.

About the Opportunity

• Maintain financial reporting of costs by project
• Maintain a reconciled WIP balance on GL
• Help produce other portions of the corporate Balance Sheet and P&L
• Provide analysis and commentary to Controller of Real Estate on Financials, Budget vs actual (cost and cash) and KPI’s
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and review existing monthly activities
• Posting of AP for related companies
• Contribute to month-end financial statement preparation
• Contract Tracking
• Equipment tracking and billing
• Inventory Tracking and spot check
• Prepare preliminary project tracking reports
• Stat dec tracking

About You

• CPA
• 3+ years job related experience within the real estate/construction/manufacturing industry
• Experienced in project cost accounting
• Exposure to financial statement preparation

Salary Range

$80,000 - $95,000/year
