Our client is a Retail company in the Halton region. They are looking to add a Senior Financial Analyst to their team who will assist with brand financial forecast, annual budgeting process, operating plan variance analysis and special projects.

About the Opportunity
- Analyze the trends in key performance indicators including revenue, cost of sales, expenses and CAPEX
- Monitor KPIs, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plan and Modeling tools
- Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports
- Implement and work with a BI Tools and Dashboard reports
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
- Supporting Senior Management Team and department heads with in-depth analysis
- Prepare presentations
About You
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA is an asset)
- 2+ years of experience in accounting or analyst role
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent business partnering and communication skills
Salary Range
$70,000 - $85,000/year
