About the Opportunity

• Delivery of Profit & Loss, Volume, Advertising & Promotion (A&P), On-Premise and Budget tracking to internal stakeholders
• Manage A&P monitoring, analysis, and month end processes
• Support FP&A team in financial cycles (budget, forecasting)
• Liaise with key business partners to leverage Trade Promotion Management tool to deliver deeper analytics
• Deliver financial analysis/decision support to Sales and Marketing
• Lead initiatives on A&P optimization and develop best practices for analysis of Commercial profitability through ownership of Trade Promotion Management system
• Develop reporting and analytical KPI metrics/scorecard for the effective measurement and monitoring of A&P spend
• Develop best practices for analysis of Customer Profitability
• Provide strategic and financial leadership
• Act as Commercial Finance lead on cross-functional teams to drive successful implementation of key strategic initiatives
• Manage and integrate Business Intelligence Analysts with broader Finance team
• Prepare analyses, sales promotion calculations, customer forecasts, brand reports and customer P&L while providing business analytics and insights for strategic decision making

About You

• CPA
• 5+ years of experience in sales finance or financial planning & analysis
• Previous consumer market experience (CPG, retail, distribution)
• People management experience

Salary Range

$100,000 - $115,000/year
