About the Opportunity

Document the full-cycle processes
Perform month-end system close process including: preparing balance sheet reconciliations (specifically Bank rec's) and variance analytics
Prepare information required and liaise with external auditors for annual audits,
Work closely with the Finance team as well as the business units to ensure all transactions are recorded in a timely, accurate, and complete manner
Post journal entries (specifically payroll entries)
Ad-hoc projects as required

About You

5+ years of experience in an accounting role
Strong experience preparing bank reconciliations
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and time management
Able to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Great Plains experience

Pay Rate

$35/hour
