Senior Director, Corporate Finance

About the Opportunity

• Oversee External Reporting & Accounting:
  • Lead all aspects of public company reporting and regulatory filings
  • Lead all aspects of debt reporting and compliance filings
  • Prepare all materials and presentations for the Audit Committee on a quarterly basis
  • Manage relationships and liaise with company external auditor to ensure efficient quarterly and annual audit review
• Spearhead Investor Relations:
  • Develop, plan and execute an annual investor relations strategy
  • Work closely with the CFO and Senior Executive Team to prepare quarterly earnings call presentations, scripts and Q&A segment
  • Support investor conferences and analyst briefings/inquiries
  • Support the Senior Executive Team in preparing for operational reviews and board meetings
  • Develop and present scenarios and sensitivity analysis regarding the company’s financial performance, debt and liquidity positions
  • Lead the financial analysis and due diligence process for financing opportunities
  • Lead the consolidated annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
  • Support the development and execution of the company strategy
• Drive Continuous Improvement & Growth
  • Support and actively participate in mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity issuances
  • Drive business integration for new growth initiatives – acquisitions & mergers
  • Lead the improvements of financial systems, policies and processes to improve accounting, reporting, analytical functions

About You

• CPA, CA
• Experience in leading the external reporting in a publicly traded company (IFRS or US GAAP) including MD&A

Salary Range

$150,000 - $165,000/year
