About the Opportunity
- Oversee the issuing of all invoicing for management and incentive fees, reimbursable charges and program charges
- In conjunction with the Director, Revenue Analysis, ensure revenues are properly booked on a timely basis
- In conjunction with the Tax Department, ensure taxation is properly reflected on invoices
- Manage and drive the account collection process
- Maintain collection records on all receivable accounts, with a heavy emphasis on accounts with collection issues
- Report and review collection efforts with senior management; enlist Regional and Senior leadership to assist with resolving collection issues
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting on aging, trending and collection efforts
- Provide the Portfolio Management department with A/R information on developing projects
About You
- Excellent communication skills
- 5-7 years of accounting experience
- Enrollment in CPA
- Technically strong, proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, macros)
Pay Rate
$30 - $35/hour
