About the Opportunity

Prepare IFRS disclosure requirements associated with the reporting of discontinued operations including those of in the Financial Statements and MD&A
Assist with the preparation of all external financial disclosure documents including the consolidated financial statements and accompanying notes, the Management Discussion and Analysis (MD&A)
Liaise with external auditors on matters pertaining to the audited consolidated financial statements and other disclosure reports
Assist in the preparation of the quarterly and annual Board of Directors package and monthly management reports
Conduct all technical accounting research as required and prepare accounting policy position papers and research memos as needed

About You

CPA designation or equivalent with University Degree
Mandatory - Prior experience reporting and/or auditing discontinued operations
Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably coming from a corporate reporting multi-currency reporting function
Advanced financial reporting and accounting knowledge with an emphasis on IFRS

Pay Rate
$70/hour
