Senior Business Analyst - Commercial Finance (Closed)

They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to act as the finance liaison to the Sales & Marketing teams and deliver critical decision support and analytics to drive business opportunities.

About the Opportunity

• Provide analysis and recommendations that drive value and decision support to the business and allow for the making of strategically sound decisions
• Create new and innovative reporting methods to aid management in proactive problem solving
• Lead the development and maturation of models to maximize ROI and spend effectiveness within the scope of Total Promotion Management (TPM)
• Lead initiatives on Advertising and Promotion optimization
• Participate in new initiatives to support expanded Sales and Trade Marketing organizations including visibility and tracking of Sales A&P
• Lead trade review/reporting process, support key stakeholders to manage their budgeted spend levels and ensure overspends are avoided
• Play an active role in the company’s business planning process and participate in budget preparations and analysis

About You

• CPA or MBA
• 3-5 years of FP&A/business partnering experience - preferably with sales/marketing
• Previous consumer packaged goods company experience (CPG, retail, distribution)
• Experience with TPM (Trade Promotions Management Tool)
• Financial modelling experience, ideally in Excel

Salary Range

$75,000 - $85,000/year
