Our client is an international gold mining company. They are looking for a Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the Enterprise Reporting Framework.

About the Opportunity 

• Prepares presentations and documentation in relation to the Enterprise reporting framework
• Takes part in analysis of emerging information needs and updates of the components of the framework
• Supports management in defining new reporting needs and instilling those into the existing framework
• Maintains the integrated view of specific reporting catalogue into an Enterprise Reporting Catalogue, including the KPI catalogue
• Supports VP Business Optimization to capture changes in business processes and updates Business Architecture accordingly
• Performs analysis of processes under review, incl. benchmarking with best practices or DPM targeted models
• Prepares and maintains documentation for communicating the status and the changes 
• Updates business process models utilizing relevant technology solutions
• Leads or participates in projects assigned by management in relation to the establishment of common systems across DPM entities and functions/departments
• Support coordination of the work related to the systems definition between various internal and external stakeholders
• Performs and documents gap analysis between the DPM targeted models and the current status of the systems, processes and technologies 
• Supports management in developing road maps to achieve the DPM targeted models
• Monitors and communicates priorities, actions and status related to the activities above 
• Prepares presentations and action plans to support reporting 
• Manages assigned project(s) budget 
• Ensures established functional financial indicators (KPIs) are met
• Ensures safe conditions at work, follows safe work practices, procedures and compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements

About You 

• MBA or similar preferred
• 4+ years of experience in similar role (ie. Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, etc)
• Strong communication skills, comfortable presenting to all levels of leadership
• Previous expeirence process/ control mapping
• Previous expeirence with ERP implementation strongly preferred

Salary Range 
$95,000 - $110,000/year
