About the Opportunity

• Support with financial reporting and analytics
• Analyze and provide performance return information
• Liaises with deal team, legal, tax and corporate by providing support in transaction execution
• Ensure proper accounting treatments in accordance with all applicable agreements and accounting principles for the assigned portfolio
• Prepare/review entries to the General Ledger with appropriate analysis and supporting documentation
• Financial review and variance analysis of the assigned portfolio
• Analyze financial results to assess reasonability and fluctuations in the portfolio
• Coordinate with various managers and others in the delivery and analysis of financial information, and sharing of financial information for internal/external reporting and tax filings
• Prepare/review monthly and year-end working papers with appropriate analysis and supporting documentation for annual financial reporting and audit purposes
• Provide guidance to Analysts in relation to financial reporting/accounting treatments on the assigned portfolio
• Prepare/review the quarterly forecast and annual budget
• Prepare/review quarterly and/or annual legal entity financial statements

About You

• CPA
• 5+ years of related experience in accounting and financial reporting
• Exposure to Private Equity, Pensions, Real Estate Asset Management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

Salary Range

$80,000 - $90,000/year
