- Providing document management
- Preparation of documents based on the requests
- Handling administrative tasks and following the guidelines
- Cross training within other units
- 6 months+ in admin/handling paperwork
- Accurate and able to work under minimal supervision
- Available to interview and start immediately
- Financial services experience is an asset
- Comfortable working with MS Office
- Bilingual is and asset
$19 - $21/hour
