About The Opportunity
- Provide administrative support including document production, information monitoring, correspondence and office administrative tasks
- Prepare and/or modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
- Manage the calendars of the C-Suite team
- Support preparation of all Finance material for Quarterly Board Meetings
- Support management reports
- Create PowerPoint presentations and Excel spreadsheets
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements
- Maintain an electronic and hard copy filing system
About You
- Minimum 4 years of office administration experience working for a member of Senior Management
- Comfortable handling expenses and travel arrangements
- Comfortable working with numbers and basic Excel spreadsheets
- Must be good with PowerPoint, Word and
- Excellent communication skills
Pay Rate
$60,000/year
