Our client is a fully integrated investment management company. They are looking for a Senior Accounting Analyst to perform professional accounting tasks and analysis of financial data. This organization can offer opportunities for growth within the company and a good work/life balance.

About the Opportunity

• Analysis of financial data in support of various accounting functions including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Cost Accounting, Property Accounting and General Accounting
• Management of 20-30 portfolios, they can vary from single tenant properties to multi tenant commercial
• Income statement preparation

About You

• Post-Secondary education in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline
• CPA In Progress is an asset
• 4 years of solid analysis background is required from either real estate (preferred) or other industries
• Analytical accounting mindset
• Yardi experience is an asset

Salary

$55,000 - $65,000/year
