About the Opportunity

Review journal entries and prepare various journal entries
Responsible for bank reconciliations, accruals, prepaids and depreciation schedules
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting, including variance analysis
Responsible for government remittances such as HST returns
Working very closely with Accounts Receivable and assisting with posting of journal entries within A/R ledger
Working with external auditors to ensure completion of year-end audits

About You

CPA designation
5+ years of relevant experience
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills with emphasis on attention to detail.
Experience with Sage is considered a strong asset.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Pay Rate

$35 - $37/hour
