Senior Accountant

Our client is a leading company in the distribution industry. They are currently looking for a Senior Accountant to assist with the full cycle accounting.

About the Opportunity 

• Prepare and analyze financial statements and report and other ad-hoc financial reports 
• Manage and monitor the financial reporting process, ensuring compliance with accounting standards 
• Perform expense analysis and evaluate P&L movements, identifying trends and making recommendations for improving business performance 
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to provide financial data and analysis to support business decision-making 
• Assist with tax compliance and filings 
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries and reconciliations, including inter-company transactions and reconciliations 
• Assist with the development of policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounting function 
• Assist in preparing financial budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses 

About You 

• CPA required 
• 3+ years of relevant accounting experience 
• Exposure to ERP Systems 
• Full Cycle Accounting experience 

Salary Range 

$80,000 - $95,000/year
