About the Opportunity

• Perform month-end close procedures for multiple business units, meeting all reporting deadlines
• Prepare and post journal entries related to accruals, prepaids, and other identified entries
• Maintain the general ledger and the fixed asset subledger
• Perform bank reconciliations on regular basis (identify and book unposted transactions)
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, which may include building schedules from scratch
• Reconcile intercompany on a weekly basis
• Provide variance analysis and explanations to management about monthly fluctuation in results
• Support cash flow forecasting on monthly basis
• Assist with financial audits and tax preparation
• Ad-hoc projects as necessary

• Education and experience:
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business, or equivalent experience
  • Relevant certification (CPA) will be preferred
  • 3 – 5 years of proven experience in a corporate accounting role, ideally at a SaaS Company
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including extensive formulas and pivot tables
  • Knowledge and proficiency in QuickBooks and Sage Intacct are an asset

Pay Rate
$47/hour
