About the Opportunity

• Prepare and manage financial models for the purposes of cash flow, financial covenants, internal and external reporting, and ad hoc requests
• Manage and prepare financial statements and all regulatory requirements for various local entities
• Contribute to the completion of monthly consolidated financial statements that accurately reflect the financial performance of the company
• Completing monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations
• Manage all audits including the year-end review, any regulatory audits and local statutory audit of the financial statements
• Analysis / reports: plan and conduct analysis of financial data, provides assessment of existing and proposed financial plans and policies, propose changes to ensure organization achieves financial success
• Liaise with business partners in divisional and corporate offices to ensure an effective communication process

About You

• CPA Designation
• “Big Four” or national accounting firm audit experience
• 5+ years experience in a corporate accounting environment with solid technical accounting knowledge
• 2+ years experience managing accountants and the accounting and finance process
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including ability to articulate recommendations in a concise and timely manner
• Experience in a multinational, multi-currency environment is an asset

Salary

$80,000/year
