Senior Accountant (Closed)

About the Opportunity

• Full cycle accounting and bookkeeping for select entities and investment broker account transaction
• Reporting including preparing weekly and monthly cash reports, quarterly cash forecasts, and annual budgets
• Year-End Files: Preparation of various areas of year-end working paper files and tax returns for all entities, Caseware and Caseview are used to prepare year-end files and financial statements
• TaxPrep is used to prepare tax returns, charity returns, partnership returns, trust returns, etc.
• Various accounting tasks such as posting journal entries, calculating interest accruals, and gathering information for audits

About You

• CPA Designated
• The ideal candidate will be intelligent, articulate, detail-oriented, proactive, and organized
• Strong full cycle accounting skills and experience preparing working paper files
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Previous experience with some combination of Quickbooks, Caseware/Caseview, and TaxPrep is preferred

Pay Rate

$80,000/year
