SAP CRM Specialist (Closed)

About the Company

Our client is a growing international company in Toronto. They are looking to hire a senior SAP CRM Specialist to assist the organization with their SAP CRM system.

About the Opportunity

• Work on Functional specifications for the SAP CRM (Sales, Service modules)
• Gather requirements from non-technical users as they relate to the CRM
• Perform required configuration tasks on the SAP CRM modules
• Perform required application and user support on the SAP CRM modules
• Assist the organization with new module / functionality implementation

About You

• Proven techno-functional experience with SAP CRM or SAP Hybris or SAP C4C
• Experience gathering and documenting functional specifications for SAP CRM
• Proven experience with configuration and integration of SAP CRM or SAP Hybris or C4C
• Experience with SAP module implementation projects
• SAP SD exposure is a plus

Salary

$90,000 - $100,000/year
