About the Opportunity
- 4+ years’ experience in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development
- Experienced understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds
- knowledge and experience of Service Cloud
- Ability to design solutions in SFDC/Force.com based on Business Requirement Documentation to produce technically sound technical design documents and solution design
- Ability to produce prototype configuration in SFDC/Force.com/Chatter as part of the design phase
- Organize with various business units, development, configuration and testing teams
- Experience with ETL tools
- Experience developing and deploying custom end user systems
- Experience understanding of OOP, design patterns, and enterprise application integration
About You
- University or College degree
- 8+ years’ experience
- Create customer specific solutions where necessary and document them
- Hands-on problem diagnosis, troubleshooting and resolution
- Knowledge transfer/Training to customers on solution implemented regarding product Upgrades and Configuration activities
- Reporting on project delivery to Project Management and Manage projects on your own in smaller projects which don’t have dedicated Project Managers
- Create great working relationship with Onshore Consulting team, Learn and Adopt best-practices from such teams globally
- Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure professional delivery of technical implementations
- Possession of the technology solution from estimation and design through to delivery, acceptance and operation
- Good communication skills to ensure effective customer interactions, communications, and documentation
- Good presentation and customer facing skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients, projects and teams simultaneously, set and manage expectations
