Salesforce CRM Business Analyst (Remote) (Closed)

About the Company  

Our client is one of the largest Canadian organizations, and they are looking to hire a CRM Business Analyst.

About the Opportunity

• We are looking for a Senior BA/BSA with experience with CRM (preferably Salesforce) implementations
• This role will entail all the usual BA duties (requirements gathering/documentation, process improvement, user stories, UAT) and BSA duties (simple CRM config, completing small changes to the application, doing some data analysis, etc.)
• The organization is implementing Saleforce.org - it's program management for Non-profits which will include case management, volunteer management, later they will implement donor management as well
• We are looking for a seasoned BA/BSA who knows how to manage stakeholders, manage priorities, has a wide view of the CRM 'big picture' processes
• Preferably someone who worked on larger implementations of CRM (500+ users)

About You

• Strong Business Analysis experience (requirements gathering/documentation, process improvement, user stories, UAT)
• Exposure to BSA duties (application configuration, performing small changes, doing some data analysis, etc).
• Experience with enterprise CRM implementations
• Stakeholder management experience
• Good communication skills

Salary Range

$105,000/year
