About the Opportunity

The Recruitment Services Associate builds new networks, maintains candidate relationships and represents top talent for current and future positions sourced by the company’s client services team. Recruitment Services Associates have access to the best information technology talent in the industry, providing employees with the ability to present valuable talent to the appropriate client, and utilize strong relationship building skills to find the best fit. More about the opportunity:

  • Interviews and screens candidates on key criteria in order to successfully match candidates personalities and qualifications to specific positions and client company culture
  • Gathers and probes for all pertinent information in order to successfully match consultant personalities and qualifications to specific positions and client company environments
  • Competitive self-starters and will communicate effectively with prospects, candidates and clients to ensure mutual satisfaction
  • Develop information technology industry knowledge and expertise to ensure you provide candidates with solid guidance and timely solutions to their career goals
  • Time management skills required to meet daily and weekly metrics
  • Communicate effectively with sales, recruitment, research and administrative teams and manage the entire placement cycle
  • Bring a positive attitude, motivation and competitive edge to complement a top performing team

About You

You are an articulate, self-motivated, competitive team player with a track record of high performance accompanied by:

  • Prior recruitment experience and exposure to information technology (preferred but not required)
  • Minimum one year experience working in a professional environment
  • Ability to multitask competing priorities, coordinating and organization skills as you manage the job order life cycle
  • Strong relationship building with candidates including offering career advice
  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology or Business Administration

About the Offer

We are offering a competitive base salary plus commission package based on qualifications. Associates in Recruitment Services are expected to earn up to $50K in their first year and in the upwards of $60K in their second year. Your ambition and our expectations are that you should aspire to earn $60K plus in subsequent years as you progress.
