RPA Business Analyst (Closed)

About the Company  

Our client is a Canadian multinational food company and they are looking to hire a RPA Business Analyst. 

About the Opportunity 

• This position will be part of the Strategy and Continuous Improvement Team and will be responsible for identifying and executing opportunities for the FSS Organization, to drive efficiencies and reduce complexity and risk in Finance operations 

• The Team will also be responsible for supporting and improving the finance and accounting operations globally 

• The position will focus on taking the company on the journey towards automation, including automating processes in the finance division, including journal entries and invoicing 

• The role will interface with business and finance professionals to understand requirements, workflows (what happens when an invoice is generated, and its lifecycle), and translate that into a technical automation to deliver an end-to-end solution 

• Once implemented, the position will oversee the day-to-day operations of the solution, working with the 3rd party integrator 

• There will be management of the vendor to ensure they stay on schedule and adhere to company standards 

About You 

• Experience with project management, business case development, and identification / rationalization of improvement opportunities 

• Experience with financial processes and measurements (e.g., understands common metrics for measuring the efficiencies and service of financial processes) 

• Exposure to RPA tools (UIPath, Automation Anywhere, etc)  

• Well versed in the latest technology and innovation trends 

• Able to work with business, technology stakeholders, including external vendors and integrators 

• Preferred: CPA, and/or equivalent Professional Certifications 

• Experience with financial processes and measurements (e.g., understands common metrics for measuring the efficiencies and service of financial processes) 

Salary Range 

$105,000/year
