About the Opportunity

• Oversee Monthly Revenue and cost accruals
• Month end and year end processes
• Ensure timely completion of all invoicing
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of payroll and related functions
• Ensure information is submitted to the corporate office in a timely manner
• Report and analyze financial data to Branch Manager and Corporate Office
• Continuous interface with employees at all levels
• Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules, monitoring results
• Makes decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures achievement of the operations objectives that have a department-wide impact
• Continuously evaluates budgets, programs, and services to respond to any changes that occur

About You

• CPA
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong Project Accounting  from Professional Services/Construction industry Experience

Salary Range

$70,000 - $90,000/year
