About the Opportunity
- Ad hoc duties (calling taxis, booking meetings, cleaning boardrooms) when required
About You
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, self-starter
- Team player, someone who can fill multiple shoes if needed
- Excellent phone demeanor
- Previous switchboard experience an asset
- Basic Accounts Payable experience is preferred
- Experience with data entry
- Working knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel)
- Great organizational skills
Pay Rate
$16 - $18/hour
