About the Opportunity
- Answer multiple phone lines and redirect calls accordingly
- Keep office area (rooms, kitchen, etc.) clean and professional
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Schedule courier pick-ups and deliveries
- Responsible for ordering all office supplies
- Basic accounts payable including data entry, filing, expense coding, obtain approvals
- Identify incorrect invoices and deal with them accordingly
- Other administrative and sales support duties as requested
About You
- Always professional in dress and approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Upbeat, friendly and love interacting with different people
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Comfortable with taking on new tasks and good with change
Pay Rate
$16 - $17/hour
