Receptionist - 6 Month Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

  • Answer multiple phone lines and redirect calls accordingly
  • Keep office area (rooms, kitchen, etc.) clean and professional
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail
  • Schedule courier pick-ups and deliveries
  • Responsible for ordering all office supplies
  • Basic accounts payable including data entry, filing, expense coding, obtain approvals
  • Identify incorrect invoices and deal with them accordingly
  • Other administrative and sales support duties as requested

About You

  • Always professional in dress and approach
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Upbeat, friendly and love interacting with different people
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Comfortable with taking on new tasks and good with change

Pay Rate

$16 - $17/hour
