About the Opportunity
- Greet and assist all visitors
- Answer and redirect all calls as required to the appropriate personnel or groups
- Opening and closing procedures of the desk
- Responsible for lost and found
- Ensure proper registration of all visitors upon their arrival
- Visitor Management System administration
- Maintain supply levels for visitor badges
- 1+ years general office experience, including reception administration
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be double vaccinated
- Comfortable with MS Office
$18 - $21/Hour
