Our client is one of the largest Canadian organizations, and they are looking to hire a QA Lead/Manager. 

About the Opportunity 

• Our client is embarking on a few large software implementation projects - Salesforce CRM and Workday HCM and LMS 

• We are hiring a QA Manager to lead the testing of these applications - during implementations and future change cycles 

• These applications are being implemented by system integrator vendors, and the testing will be performed mostly by those vendors 

• This QA manager will be a hands-off role which will manage and lead the overall testing and QA of everything the vendors implement, to make sure everything is done properly 

• We are looking for a seasoned QA lead who has done COTS testing (not internally custom-developed software) for enterprise application projects 

• This person will most likely lead a team of 4, and will manage all the application vendors testing deliverables, coordinate internal stakeholder UAT efforts, deliver reporting based on progress/milestones, and will decide on what can be released into production 

About You 

• Proven senior level experience with general QA areas - web SaaS apps testing, load/performance testing, regression, writing test cases/plans, etc 

• Experience with QA automation  

• Experience managing and implementing QA strategy of COTS (enterprise off the shelf vendor apps like ERP/CRM/HCM) implementation/integration 

• Experience managing midsize QA teams and vendors  

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills and QA progress reporting

Salary Range 

$110,000/year
