About the Opportunity

• Support and coverage for Purchasing team
• Support Windows Department function
• Verify pricing, invoice proof, print and send documents
• Assist in maintaining cost templates - specifically with cost uploads
• Prepare quotes for custom items as required
• Provide assistance with supplier invoicing issues
• Facilitate communication between both purchasing departments
• Assist in managing dispatch of trucks for pick-ups from suppliers
• Work with pre-established freight schedules
• Provide order delivery information
• Support Operations Associate with related projects & other functions as required
• Data entry for Product Data Maintenance (PDM) and related projects

About You

• High School Diploma at a minimum - University degree or college diploma an asset
• Strong background and work experience in an office environment of Distribution/Logistics business
• Strong active listening & communication skills – written and verbal
• Ability to work effectively as member of a team
• Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
