About the Opportunity
- Develop proposal outline documents and assign deliverables to internal stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate proposal milestone meetings (strategy, kick-off, review meetings)
- Manage proposal deadlines through effective time management; establish priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, approval, assembly and distribution
- Liaise and communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders to gather and update information
- Coordinate and edit all information from the various internal departments to produce a final document for submission that is uniform and coherent with the corporate brand
- Organize proposal content to ensure compliance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements
- Conduct document control for all documents related to the proposal submission
About You
- Minimum 2 years of experience in proposal writing and/or coordination
- Diploma or Degree in communications, business administration or related field
- Experience in the mining or construction industries is considered an asset
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Prior experience in business, sales or technical writing is a strong asset
- Superior attention to detail with effective organization skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously with numerous deadlines
- Intermediate level experience with MicrosoftOutlook, Word, and PowerPoint
Pay Rate
$23 - $25/hour
