About the Opportunity

Prepare and review the information contained in the monthly financial statements
Ensure monthly reporting package is complete before the deadline with accuracy
Review monthly cash position of each client
Monitor changes in vacancies and report significant changes
Review bank reconciliations periodically and preform reconciliations
Coordinate and prepare annual budgets and submit same for approval
Coordinate and review annual working papers and ensure all audits are booked and completed
Prepare final billings for commercial properties and also send out pre-bill notices
Attend meetings with clients to review reports, budgets, and financial statements
Reply to all requests and inquiries within a 24-hour period
Maintain all required cash flow models
Prepare and file HST returns
Communicate with CRA on any HST items and prepare documentation as needed
Assist with ad hoc duties as needed

About You

4+ years of Property Accounting experience with strong residential experience

Experience with Yardi is required

High proficiency with MS Excel

Strong communication skills- will need to know how to write professional emails/handle calls

High attention to detail and a team player mentality

Salary Range
$80,000 - $90,000/year
