Responsible for all aspects of accounting for real estate management, commercial properties and services company
CAM/TAX year-end recoveries
Budget forecasting
Variance analysis (actual vs budget)
Bank reconciliations
GST/HST returns
Financial statement preparation
Budgeting duties

About You

5+ years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills
Real estate/property management industry experience
Financial statement preparation experience
CPA enrolled would be an asset

Salary

$50,000 - $60,000/year
