About the Opportunity

Prepare monthly trial balances, monthly property accounting reports and associated working papers for manager review
Assist in preparation of annual budgets for respective properties
Assist in preparation of yearly CAM and tax reconciliations
Prepare bank reconciliations
Provide comments and flag issues in budgets, forecasts, and actuals reported
Prepare journal entries as instructed

About You

3+ years of property accounting experience or experience in the commercial real estate industry
A strong understanding of CAM and Tax recoveries

Salary

$70,000 - $75,000/year
