About the Company  

Our client has served over 300 utilities across North America and they are looking to hire a Project Manager (Remote). 

About the Opportunity 

• The Project Manager will be working directly with clients to take incoming requests and requirements (enhancements to client applications) and project manage the process from requirements intake to development, testing and deployment 

• The PM will work with internal Business Analysts and Development teams to deliver these solutions 

• These support our client's Field Service Management solutions, that manage a plethora of client data (replacing/upgrading water-gas-electricity meters) 

• Strong client facing skills, and the ability to work in a small dynamic team, are essential to the success of this position 

• Examples of client projects include building reports, integrations, and addressing gaps in data flow and getting those processes built out, as well as implementing development fixes for small projects, and facilitating client workshops for newly onboard customers 

About You 

• Minimum 5 years of IT Project Management experience, managing external client projects 

• Experience working with internal technical teams and software development resources 

• Excellent client facing communication skills, and excellent client stakeholder management 

• Works well with small dynamic IT teams in unstructured environments 

• Exposure to utilities or Field Management solutions  

• Relevant PM-related education or certifications 

Salary Range 

$100,000/year
