About the Company  

Our client is a public healthcare network and they are looking to hire a Project Manager. 

About the Opportunity 

• The Project Manager will be working on digital & process optimization projects within IT and finance  

• The Project Manager will report to the Senior Finance Director, and the Senior Project Manager of the Digital Research Experience Program to manage projects related to finance technology 

• Some projects that this PM will be engaged within include leading the Salesforce implementation in finance, as well as some process efficiency related projects dealing with foundation partners, leading the automation projects to manage transactions between these foundations and the hospital 

• The PM will also be a supporting project resource on a broader SAP implementation  

• Our client uses Salesforce to consolidate business metrics to their scientists. Next phase will be pulling in grants information, improve reporting and management of grant workflows (management of money) 

About You 

• Minimum 5 years project management experience or equivalent 

• Self-directed mindset 

• Thrives with ambiguity, understanding requirements and determining a straight path via strong organization skills 

• Experience in formal procurement processes, contract negotiations, and vendor management 

• Experience with ERP implementation projects, preferably Salesforce or SAP 

• Excellent communication skills 

• Can fluently speak to all levels of the business, and work with ambiguity 

• Education, Business, or related field. Master’s degree an asset 

• Familiarity with healthcare information systems, interfaces, HL7, ITIL, and/or enterprise architecture an asset 

• Experience with cyber security and privacy projects and operations is an asset 

• Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred 

• Other certification (Lean/Six-Sigma Black Belt, ITIL, IIBA, Change Management) is an asset 

• Supervisory or managerial experience 

• Experience with SAP and Salesforce software implementation will be an asset 

Salary Range 

$110,000/year
