About the Company

Our client is solutions provider to the financial services industry, and they are looking to hire a Project Manager to join their team

About the Opportunity

• The Project Manager will manage client and partner facing implementations of the client’s cloud-built omni lending platform
• The platform solution provides end to end solutions to assist with lending, including validating income and identify information, while wrapping that with fraud detection solutions and decision and pricing engines
• The Project Manager will manage stakeholders, build relationships, and oversee resources, issues, schedules, changes while mitigating risks
• There are extensive partner integration projects as well, being able to manage multiple stakeholders and technical parties is essential (some integrations could include building links to loan providers, Equifax, and credit providers)
• Average client engagements are roughly 3-4 months, and the end state will have the PM managing up to 5 projects at a time
• Stakeholders include product, development, 3rd party technology integrators, the client and internal client office team (professional services and account management)
• The group uses both Agile and Waterfall, with occasional Scrum

About You

• Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
• SaaS client implementation experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Project management in IT, Financial services or Insurance industry
• Functions well with ambiguity, has a strong hands-on mentality
• A self-starter; takes initiative, Strong learner; supports continuous learning
• Advanced knowledge of productivity tools including MS Office
• PMP Certification, PMI-ACP Certification is an asset
• Business (Lending and Insurance) and Systems Analysis Skills is an asset
