About the Opportunity
- To assist project accountant, project manager and project coordinator with administrative task
- To prepare PO’s to contract
- Maintain files and electronic record Perform administrative tasks as needed
- Ad-hoc tasks as requested
About You
- 1-2 years administrative and accounting experience
- Construction and/or contract experience
- Pivot Tables
- Demonstrated experience in an accounting function and environment
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Experience with Constellation Homebuilder Newstar© suite is an asset
- English communication skills, written and oral
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
Pay Rate
$18 - $21/hour
