Project Accountant - 6 Month Contract

• Reviewing legal contracts/agreements and create projects 
• Preparation and posting of invoicing on a monthly basis and distribution of invoices to clients
• Posting and reconciling revenue on a monthly basis
• Providing monthly revenue variance analysis (actual, forecasted, prior year)
• Reconciling Revenue, work in progress, deferred revenue and any other balance sheet accounts
• Auditing projects and closing them in a timely fashion
• Supporting project team with inquiries and requests

• Advanced Excel. Netsuite Open Air and Great Plains experience is REQUIRED 
• Previous experience in project accounting, customer invoicing
• At least 4 years of experience within a finance/accounting role in a mid-to-large organization
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required for this role
• Reliable, team player with excellent organizational skills and highly attention to detail to ensure accurate results
• Ability to analyze situations and solve problems independently with minimal supervision

Hourly Rate 
$27 - $30/hour
