Procure to Pay Manager - 12 months

About the Opportunity

• Develop a structured methodology and lead change management activities to ensure Coupa is fully implemented and used appropriately in the organization
  • Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan
  • Evaluate and ensure user readiness
  • Integrate change management activities into project plan
• Develop policy related to the proper use of the Coupa tool in the procure-to-pay process
• Develop S&OPs for various processes in the Coupa tool
• Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
• Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
• Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
• Identify, analyze and prepare risk mitigation tactics
• Identify and manage anticipated resistance
• Support and engage senior leaders
• Coach managers and supervisors
• Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
• Coordinate efforts with other specialists
• Manage stakeholders
• Track and report issues
• Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
• Support change management at the organizational level
• Manage the change portfolio

About You

• Experience managing a procure to pay transformation project
• Experience with change management
• Experience working with SOX framework and controls
• Strong communication skills

Pay Rate

$50/hour
