About the Company

Our client is a management software company, and they are looking to hire a Performance Test Engineer.

About the Opportunity

• The Performance Test Engineer will build test scripts in JMeter and perform end to end performance testing ad publish performance support reports for our clients’ products
• Application Performance, create performance metrics, response time, stress test, and reduce average reduce load time
• The Engineer will meet with product design team to determine product testing parameters, write test plans, and test cases, and conduct QA and design performance testing (includes troubleshooting any errors and streamlining testing processes
• The role will require strong experience with JMeter (4+ years), SQL skills (write SQL scripts and collect data from database/analyze results), and some Java programming skills (client framework is written in Java, and this will assist with integrating the JMeter testing into this framework)

About You

• 4+ years of experience performance metrics, reducing response time, stress test, and load testing
• 5+ years of performance tuning experience and efficiently work with various profiling tools to identify performance bottlenecks
• Experience with SQL queries, stored procedures, and data analysis/validation
• Extensive experience with Application Performance Management using Azure (APM) experience with load testing
• Extensive experience with Azure
• 4+ years of experience performance metrics, reducing response time, stress test, and load testing

Salary Range

$140,000/year
