About the Opportunity
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the payroll team and ensure on-time and accurate processing of payroll
- Implement payroll process improvements to ensure efficient processing
- Calculate all benefits and deductions for 500+ union & non-union staff
- Escalate issues to Payroll Manager as necessary
- Ad hoc payroll reconciliations and reporting
About You
- 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience with 3+ years of supervisory experience
- PCP or CPM designation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working experience with large payroll/HRIS software
