ARE YOU A SEASONED PAYROLL/HR SPECIALIST LOOKING TO UTILIZE YOUR EXPERIENCE? Our client is seeking an experienced professional on a full-time basis.
Payroll/HR Specialist
About the Opportunity
- Process full cycle payroll for roughly 200 employees
- Monitor pay and benefits for consistency across all teams
- Evaluate annual appraisals to determine individual development needs across all departments
- Ensure that where necessary, all HR templates are kept up to date for all to use
- Provide timely input to all HR KPIs and reports, as required
- Take ownership for personal development needs in anticipation of business requirements
About You
- 5 to 7 years of progressive work experience in automotive dealership human resources and payroll, with broad exposure to various HR functional areas
- Successful track record in a dealership HR function for a recognized quality retail group preferred
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field required
- CHRP and Payroll designation preferred
Salary
$75,000 - $85,000/year
