Payroll Coordinator - 1 Year Contract

About the Opportunity  

  • Process full cycle payroll for 500-800 hourly and salaried employees across Canada 
  • Prepare adjustments and entries in the system for all employment offers, bonus payments, increase, and other employee transactions; 
  • Auditing payroll entries and maintaining payroll records; 
  • Preparing and submitting journal entries, calculating and requesting manual cheques and completing forms, such as Records of Employment, Government Requests for Information, Workers Comp Returns; 
  • Responding in a timely manner to payroll inquiries from employees, management and external agencies and assisting with the resolution of payroll issues; 
  • Generating reports and preparing summaries; 

About You  

  • 4+ years of full cycle experience 
  • QC payroll is an asset 
  • ADP is a strong asset 
  • Excellent Communication skills 


 $65,000 - $70,000
