Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator

About the Opportunity
  • Respond to inquires regarding corporate matters, payroll, and benefits.
  • Processes required documentation for employment offers,  classification changes, compensation updates and other employment matters
  • Assist in employee recruitment, such as updating job postings, scheduling/conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers
  • Manages payroll processing for Canada and US Teams
  • Manage the payroll master files and records and prepare payroll records for the accounting team
  • Provide reports to auditors, as requested
  • Conduct regular market checks to ensure company benefits remain competitive
  • Manage US and Canadian Benefit plan enrollment and separation as needed
About You
  • Minimum 2 years experience with processing Canadian Payroll required
  • Some experience within HR/Benefits required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency with Excel
  • Experience with ADP would be considered an asset
  • Team player
$75,000 – 80,000/year
