  • Reception coverage and answering calls and other admin related tasks 
  • Order supplies - when we are running low on bus tickets
  • Fixed asset report etc.
  • Answering phones, sorting mails/faxes, processing payables

About You

  • Comfortable working 15 hours per week
  • 1-3 years of office reception/admin experience
  • Able to start next week

Pay Rate

$15 - $16/hour
