About the Opportunity

  • Maintain a complete set of accounting records up to and including preparation of financial statements, for firm and management company
  • Accounts payable, accounts receivable, trust accounting
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Prepare weekly fees billed report
  • Prepare daily cash flow report
  • Prepare monthly financials, and report to the bank
  • Process payroll, benefits and pension reconciliation and remittances
  • Monthly and quarterly remittance for HST and Transaction Levy
  • Invoice billings in PCLAW
  • Supervise and approve all purchase orders for supplies
  • Preparation and monitoring of annual budget
  • Law Society Annual returns
  • E&O Insurance renewals

About You

  • Copitrak, Primafact, Westlaw and Tracument experience are all assets
  • A university education in accounting
  • Office manager experience at a law firm is a strong asset

Pay Rate

$30 - $36/hour
