Part Time Office Administrator, Contract (Closed)

About the Opportunity

  • Ordering supplies/making sure everything's stocked 
  • Assist with international shipping 
  • Create/maintain spreadsheets 
  • Data collection/manipulation 
  • Some reception duties (very small office) 
  • Making sure people have access to the office 
  • Assist in organizing team events such as lunches
  • Help consolidate invoices (not processing), receive them from inbox 
  • Helping coordinate the office's move to downstairs in same building 
  • Looking into moving vendors/getting quotes 
  • Helping with e-waste 

About You

  • MS Office experience 
  • Outgoing personality; communicating with many people on a daily basis
  • Customer facing experience
  • Experience working with FedEx and other shipping companies (strong asset)
  • Admin/reception experience (asset)
  • Oracle software exposure (asset)

Hourly Rate 
Up to $22/hour
