About the Opportunity:
  • Full-cycle bookkeeping
  • Receivables
  • Payables
  • Receive POs in QB
  • Matching
  • Run reports
  • Payroll (7-10 employees)
  • HST submittals
  • Enter POs with vendors
  • Sit in front office and act as first point of contact for visitors
  • Answer phones
  • Remittances to government
  • Day-to-day filing
  • Provide admin support where needed
About You:
  • Three years of bookkeeping experience
  • Strong written and verbal communicator
  • Experience using QuickBooks (preferably QuickBooks Online)
  • Payroll exposure (asset)
  • Experience with HST remittances (asset)


Hourly Rate 

Up to $28/hour
