  • Full-cycle accounting - Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable, reconciliations, journal entries, weekly/monthly reporting & cashflow forecasting
  • Managing Payroll processes
  • Administering group benefits and assisting with office administration

About You

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle Accounting and Payroll experience
  • ERP and CRM exposure – QuickBooks an asset. Strong MS Excel (pivot tables & vlookups)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Available to occasionally work from the office and wear multiple hats within a small company
